These terms apply to the Putatan Gateway agent-marketing website at putatanindustrial.com.my, operated by Desmond Chong (REN 66260) with PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (201801002938). References to “we” or “us” mean that website operator, not the developer.

2. Property information and enquiries
The website provides general project information and a way to request further details. Submitting an enquiry, opening WhatsApp or receiving a response does not reserve a unit, confirm availability, secure financing or create a property sale or purchase agreement.
Any purchase, booking, refund entitlement or other transaction is governed by the applicable written documents, required approvals and law. Obtain current written unit details and read the relevant documents before committing. Nothing here removes any mandatory disclosure or other obligation that applies to us.
3. Accuracy, availability and illustrations
Project particulars, availability, prices, specifications and completion information may change. We aim to keep information accurate, but you should confirm the current position with the authorised sales representative before relying on it for a transaction. We may correct errors or update material.
Architectural renders, illustrations, sample layouts and maps are illustrative. Actual units, surroundings, views, finishes, access and dimensions may differ. Dated site photographs show progress at the date stated and are not evidence of present conditions. Refer to the applicable approved plans and sale documents for binding particulars.
